Etiamtum is Latin for Still Learning. I'm an artist who is curious about the world and always wants to draw more.

Blah!!

Patrolling

Patrolling

I was inspired by a illustration by Doug Chiang, which showed a super modern robot riding an iguanodon holding an American Indian shield. I loved the blend of past, present, and future, I tried to represent that here. (P.S. I later saw a poster for a video game that looked a lot like my drawing, but I was not copying, I didn't even know about the game 'till later.)

Jackalopes

Jackalopes

I wondered if Jackalope existed what they would use their antlers for?

Darth Vader Chibi

So, I drew this before I watched 'Star Wars'. And now that I have 😍, I have to admit Vader is my favorite character. NOT Anakin, mind you!

My Friend The Monster Under My Bed

My Friend The Monster Under My Bed

I was doodling this during church, and pastor called on me! He thought I was taking notes… Thankfully I remembered what the sermon was about, so I answered the question.

In Dragon Vale, there is the "acid dragon" which is based off of the Xenomorph from "Aliens". It is so cool! I saw fan art which was a mixup of Aliens and Indominus Rex, inspiring this picture.

The Sides of Spider-Man

The Sides of Spider-Man

I REALLY like Spiderman. As the new Spiderman movie was coming out, I looked at the personas of Spiderman, so I drew a picture of the good and "venom" (shadow) side of him. The venom persona/black Spiderman suit was popular in the 1980s as a "bad boy" persona. People weren't a fan of the dark Spiderman idea, so Marvel eventually conceded and revealed that the darkness was a symbiote called venom, which he eventually shed. Venom became a villian in his own right (and then became a hero, so YAY FLASH).
